I’ve been using iTunes for over a year now, ever since I got my new iMac with its great audio output. I have Altec external speakers and subwoofer to really enhance the sound of my iMac to go along with the 24″ LCD flat screen. I listen to a lot of downloaded music while I’m designing web sites or just surfing the web. I love that I can also download movies and watch them on something that makes them look pretty good. I highly recommend iTunes. I’ve never had any problems with billing and the downloads are instant. I don’t know about their customer service, but if it’s anything like my Apple Store where I purchased my iMac and my wife’s iMac then I’m sure you won’t have any problems. Purchase with care and you won’t be sorry or surprised.
